Through a blood test, we analyze your levels of alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) in the blood.
Low levels of vitamin E are associated with cognitive decline (1), and vitamin E supplementation has been shown to slow functional deterioration in elderly individuals with mild Alzheimer’s (2).
The analysis is performed once a week by Karolinska Institutet.
