Helsa – Refund & Return Policy

At Helsa, our mission is to deliver the highest standard of preventive health services, combining advanced brain imaging with personalised recommendations. We want every client to feel confident and satisfied with their experience. This policy explains our approach to refunds, rescheduling, and returns.
1. Applicability
This policy applies to all services purchased directly from Helsa, including brain scans, consultations, and membership packages.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 48 hours before your appointment: You may reschedule or cancel free of charge.

Less than 48 hours before your appointment: A late cancellation fee of 1000SEK will apply, unless due to medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances.

Missed appointments without notice: The service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of our services — involving medical consultations, personalised reports, and diagnostic imaging — completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds are available only in the following cases:

A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

A service was cancelled by Helsa and no alternative date could be agreed upon.

A technical or administrative error prevented the service from being delivered.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method used for purchase.
4. Membership Plans

Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

You may cancel your membership at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the paid period.
