This is my brain and myself with a 3 tesla MRI scanner. 🧠
I've had my health battles earlier in life and I feel highly motivated to do what I can to live my best life and have as many healthy years as possible.
Thanks to Douglas Stark & Helsa, I have scanned my brain and learnt these things that will help me improve the chances of my brain staying strong for longer. We also cross-checked the MRI scan with my Werlabs blood tests to get even more complete results.
1/
My brain is 4 years younger than I am. My BrainAGE is 32 and my chronological age is 36.
A younger brain equals a healthier brain. (Good starting point ✅)
2/
My whole brain volume is 1427 ml which is in the 89th percentile. ✅ (With age, the brain decreases in size as you see in the picture.)

Despite being in good brain health in general, together with Helsa and Douglas, we’re addressing my hippocampus that is in the 23rd percentile (⛔️) with the following interventions:
- Making sure my blood levels of homocysteine stays optimal
- Focusing on VO2Max training
- Pick up a new language on Duolingo
- Reducing salt consumption
- Increasing my consumption of healthy fats (nuts, avocado, olive oil etc.) = Happy me 😁
Cheers to longevity.
